Ready To Become Spiritually Aligned?
Important question for spiritual women who are waking up to their life’s purpose but still sometimes feel like they’re drowning in the murky abyss of grief and sorrow that comes from experiencing the loss of a loved one...
What’s the difference between people who GROW through their grief, using their deep loss to fuel an aligned life of purpose and passion...
...and those who stay stuck in the struggle to reclaim their identity and restore their motivation to live the life of their dreams?
The difference between women who are able to FEEL and HEAL their pain, getting to know themselves as the beautiful, whole people that they truly are - and those who are never able to shake their despair, who remain lost and confused, frozen in their sadness?
It isn’t that they are simply more capable of managing their emotions.
It isn’t that they were born with superhuman strength and the ability to easily handle anything the universe throws at them.
And it isn’t...
That they are more spiritual...
That their loss just wasn’t that big or hard...
Or that they were born with more resilience and determination than you were.
Because, the thing is, resilience is NOT something that you are born with.

When it’s years later, but you still wake up in the morning and miss your loved one so much that it can be hard to want to get out of bed.
When your loss still feels so real, so palpable that you have trouble speaking past the lump in your throat, even now.
When seeing other people laughing with their loved ones reminds you of old times and you wish that you could still connect to your loves who have passed on.
When you’ve worked hard to heal your grief, but it can still be hard muster up the energy to do the work you need to level up your health and level up your healing.
When you are stuck in the cycles of grief, you can start to feel purposeless and out of alignment...
Like you don’t belong...
Unable to decide what your next steps are or how to move forward in your healing...
Unable to connect to your loved one...
And unable to connect to yourself...

Because the truth is,
Deep Loss Affects Every Part of Your Life.
Saying goodbye to a loved one is THE HARDEST thing you’ll ever have to go through.

But at a certain point, it HAS to get easier. At a certain point, you need to be able to turn your PAIN into PURPOSE.

Because even though you will always miss your loved one, you should be able to look back on their memory with a sense of love and gratitude.

You should be able to feel their support and guidance in your life even though they have passed on.

You deserve to feel like a whole person again and you need to know that your loved one would be proud of the life that you are living.

You should feel like you belong. Like you are connected and like you are living a life that is aligned with your soul’s purpose.

You should be able to get through the day without feeling held down by the heaviness of your loss and you need to be able to lovingly handle the myriad of triggers that WILL come up.
Because when you have the proper tools, your loss can be your catalyst to your spiritual awakening and transformation. Your loss can propel you forward into the life that you were born to lead.

In a moment, I’m going to share with you the tools you require to transform your pain into purpose.
These are the very same tools that took me through deep despair (by the time I was 28 years old I had already lost my entire family to cancer) and into living the life of my dreams: helping beautiful women like you grow through their grief and step into a life of aligned and divine purpose.
But before you can finally heal the deep wounds of your loss, you need to understand what has been holding you back.
These are the myths that our disconnected society has ingrained into your psyche. Without understanding them, you won’t be able to move forward into your soul’s evolution.

The 5 Myths:
That Are Holding You Back From Healing Your Heart and Moving Into A Life of Connection, Purpose and Alignment...
The 5 Myths:
That Are Holding You Back From Healing
Your Heart and Moving Into A Life of
Connection, Purpose and Alignment

“Time Heals All Wounds.”
How can time “heal all wounds” when “absence makes the heart grow fonder?” While it’s true that after some time has passed you might have a bit more space in your day when your mind isn’t completely focused on the pain of losing your loved one.
But the real truth is that the situations that trigger
your grief do not go away with time.
Just the scent of your loved one's perfume, the sound of their favourite song, driving past their house - or even their street, or cooking their favourite meal can plunge you right back into the same depth of sorrow that you felt when you first experienced your loss.
Grief is not linear and neither is healing.
In order to move through your grief, you need tools to develop your resiliency - and these tools don’t just materialize out of thin air.
Developing and using these tools takes guidance, support and daily practice. I’ve been practicing with these tools for years and it’s my life’s purpose to share them with other grief stricken women like you. It’s my passion to help women wake up to their connected, spiritual selves.
You Should Be Able to Find The Support That You Need Within Your Own Family.
If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, chances are so is the rest of your family. It’s not that you can’t turn to them for support - you CAN and you SHOULD.
But it’s also important for you to have support outside of your immediate family. You don’t want to force your spouse, children or parents to have to carry the brunt of your pain.
You are in it together, but you need to be lifting each other up in turns, not constantly bringing each other down.
And family dynamics are not always easy. In fact, the loss of a loved one can often cause massive rifts in partnerships and fights within families.
I mean, think about it, if you don’t have the right tools to deal with your grief, how can you expect your family members to have them?
Oftentimes as women, we are forced to be the strong ones. We are supposed to support and care for our families, not cause them more distress and dis-ease.
I’m not saying that you can’t turn to your family for assistance in dealing with your grief, I’m just reminding you that you need more than that.
That you deserve an entire community of
like-minded humans that you can turn to.
A sisterhood of women on your wavelength.
To lift you up when life begins to feel like too much.
To fill your cup so that you can continue to give from a full and replenished place.
To hold you when you are sad and to celebrate with you when you are happy.
To remind you that you are a beautiful spiritual being and to help you connect with the spirit and memory of your loved one.
All You Really Need Is a Good Counselor Or Therapist And You Should Be Fine.
Professional help is awesome. You should have someone that you can turn to. To talk things out and help you understand and work with your healing journey.
But if you think hiring one person to work with is enough, you are completely wrong. A therapist just can’t replace an entire community of support.
A counselor can help but they won’t be
able to alleviate your loneliness.
They can give you tools and techniques to work with your healing, but they won’t be there on the daily, holding you accountable and giving you support.
In fact, some of my best clients have been professional therapists and counselors. And most of them have taken the tools that they learned from me and now share them with their clients.
Because most of what gets taught in Western medicine is behavioural or cognitive therapy. Mostly, it’s focused on the mind.
But we are so much more than the brain, are't we?
Grief Only Exists In Your Mind.
You know this isn’t true.
Your grief is not just in your head.
It’s held in your body, your spirit AND your mind.
Oftentimes, deep grief can manifest as stomach problems, the inability to eat - or the propensity to over-eat, headaches, stress, body tension, lack of energy (depression!), too much energy (mania!), brain fogginess and anxiety.
The yogis call held experiences in the body Samskara.
These samskara can manifest as physical pain, hidden triggers, and deep emotion. They say that when you hold on to a big experience it fractures into little bits inside of you.
You never know what’s going to trigger the samskara to come up, but when it does, you are right back in the same physical response as you were when the trauma first occurred.
And you feel it viscerally, in the body, mind, and soul.
Modern trauma science says the same thing.
That when you experience a flashback of your loss, your body believes that you are actually right back in the moment when it happens.
It responds in exactly the same way as it did when you first felt the loss.
The best way to work through this is to move your body.
Every day.
When you move your body, you move through your patterns of resistance and rewire your brain.
You generate more endorphins, serotonin, dopamine, and energy.
You clear your body of excess cortisol and adrenaline.
And you elevate your equilibrium so that when your loss is triggered you aren’t knocked right down into the depths of your despair.
Which is really important because of our fifth and final Myth.
Eventually, You’ll “Get Over” Your Grief.
Losing a loved one is NOT something that you get over, it isn’t even something that you are supposed to get over.
It is a life changing process and it transforms you forever.
At first, it can feel like the end of the world. It can make you want to go back to sleep and just dream of the days before you endured your loss.
But it can also be your wake up call.
It can be your call to live in the now and be grateful for every single moment. To be grateful for your breath, your ability to move your body, your health and all of the love in your life.
It can be a reminder that this life is so short and that it is your sacred responsibility to live a life of love and purpose.
You need to heal. You need to feel it all. And you need to know that it’s okay to cry. After all, crying is love, isn’t it?
But eventually, you need to decide.
You need to understand that although you will never completely get over your grief, you have a choice to live a happy life or a miserable one.
You’re the one who is going to make the difference. You have to believe in yourself and really want it.
You have to choose to let your loss be a gift.
And the best gift that you can give your loved one is to wake up to a different way of thinking.
To Wake Up To Your Infinite And Spiritual Nature.
The best gift you can give yourself is to learn to be the most loving, most motivated and most aligned version of yourself that you can.

This is why I do what I do.
When I lost my mother, I lost myself.
I had been taking care of her for the past year. Helping her to heal her third bout of cancer through the Gerson method. I organized her supplements and made sure she took them. I gave her coffee enemas. I juiced for her every hour on the hour. My hands turned orange from washing carrots.
I believed that I could heal her. That she would beat her disease. That I wasn’t going to lose another family member to cancer.
Shortly before she passed, I realized that I was wrong. She was so thin and fighting so hard. She had nothing left to fight with other than my love. And the energy in the house had started to change. There were strange breezes in her room and the temperature kept fluctuating.
I remember being with her the day before she died. I crawled into her bed and told her that I loved her. I told her it was okay. She didn’t need to fight anymore. She didn’t need to hurt.
I started to wonder if maybe her loved ones who had passed on were coming to tell her that it was her time, that they would be there for her.
I told her that she didn’t need to worry about me
because I was going to live out my soul’s purpose.
I didn’t yet know what it was, but I knew that it was the only way to honour her love for me.
I woke up at 3:37am the next morning. I just had a feeling. I went and walked over to her bed, just steps away from mine and watched her breathe. She was taking such deep breaths. Then I saw it. Her soul literally lifted from her body. She took her last breath and I saw this beautiful, ethereal light rise up and away. I watched as she past on.
I knew then, for certain, that we were more than the body.
That spirit is real. That this world isn’t all there is.
The day my mother died was the worst day of my life.
But it was also the catalyst to my healing crisis
When I lost my mother, I lost myself. I became disconnected from the people around me. I felt like I didn’t belong. I felt like nobody would miss me, Laura Kelly. So I took on my mom’s mannerisms.
I started driving her car and wearing her clothes. I started hanging out with her friends more often than my own. I started sleeping in her bedroom.
I think that I thought that I could stay connected to her by almost being her. I was lost in the abyss of my grief and I didn’t know how to go on.
Until one night, before bed, I asked my mother to give me a sign. I asked her to come to me in my dreams. I asked her to give me guidance on my next steps. I asked her how I was going to find and live my purpose.
Well, you know what happens when you get clear and precise in what you ask of the universe? It delivers.
And when my mom showed up in my dreams that night, she told me exactly what to do.
“Honey, open the drawer in my night table and read the book in there.”
I had been sleeping in her bed, so when I woke up, I rolled over and opened the drawer.

Inside was the book Talking to Heaven, by James Van Praagh...
My mother had written all over it. Highlighted, underlined, notes in the margin.
It was like the entire book was a message to me from my mother. It was like she was still here, giving me guidance. I listened.
I started to seek. I read so many books on spiritual healing and development. I went to India. I found teachers and mentors and healers. I learned tools and techniques to heal myself and I practiced them every day.
I woke up to my infinite, spiritual nature...
I connected to my soul...
And I was able to connect to my mother, as well.
Eventually I realized my purpose:
To help you live a connected, aligned, purposeful, passionate life where you feel so deeply connected to your Mind, Body & Soul.
I realized that it was my duty, my dharma,
to help women like you grow through their healing journey.
To share the tools that I’ve learned and developed so that we can step into our divine purpose and share our gifts with the world, together
Hey Beautiful, I’m Laura.
And I know exactly what you’re going through...

By the time I was 25 years old, I had already lost my entire family to cancer.

I felt alone and confused. And I had no idea what my future held.

I lost my father first, to brain cancer, when I was only two years old, and my mother raised me on her own. While I was growing up, my grandmother, grandfather and aunts also succumbed to cancer.

My mother was my everything. She's wasn't just my mom but my best friend. We had a relationship that was so close - I would tell her things I wouldn't even tell my friends. She survived two bouts of breast cancer during my childhood and when I turned 24 she was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer.
She was given 3-6 months to live. The doctors basically sent us home and told her to get her things in order because there was no way she was going to survive this time.

The loss of my family led me to get tested for the BRCA1 gene mutation. When the I tests came back positive decided to have double mastectomy. I’ve since lost my chance my ability to have children.

Truly, I have experienced so much loss that I can’t help but have deep empathy for the loss of others.

When my mom died, I fell into a deep dark hole and I had no idea how to pull myself out. I separated myself from others because of the anxiety I was experiencing. My mother was so well loved that I not only had to hold my own grief, but I had to hold space for her friends and loved ones as well. Even my own friends needed me to be strong, because they missed her so much.

My energy was drained and I had nothing left. I felt lost!

I made a promise to my mom on her deathbed that I was going to continue moving forward and live my life with purpose.

My loss led me to experience a spiritual awakening where I found myself asking the Universe, “There must be something more than this.” My loss led me to discover a deep passion to learn more, to seek for answers, and to discover just what this world had to offer.

I read books like the Celestine Prophecy, Journey of Souls, The Alchemist and The Universe Has Your Back. Eventually, I found teachers and mentors who helped me transform. And now, I live to give back and guide others to live in alignment and discover their souls purpose.

Yes, the world is full of suffering. But it is also full of beautiful humans finding their strength to overcome their suffering. I set out on a spiritual journey to discover the secrets, tools, and answers to end suffering and live in a beautiful state. We all hold the power within ourselves to live a joyful life and our core essence is love.

The reason I am here on this Earth is to help you live a connected, aligned, purposeful, passionate life where you feel so deeply connected to your Mind, Body & Soul.

When we start to heal from the inside out we can truly create and live the life of our dreams. Once you start to live in spiritual alignment you will be given an opportunity to not only feel connected to your core being but to your loved ones that have transitioned.

Your loved ones that have died are not gone, they are very much a part of your everyday life. They help to guide you. They are a part of your spiritual team. To help assist, send you signs, and show you the way. I feel more connected than ever to my family that is on the other side and I would like you to feel that way too.

There is life beyond what your experiencing right now. We can actually be grateful for the obstacles & loss we have been faced with as it opens the door to an awakening of living life in a whole new way. We deserve to take the masks off and live with authenticity & grace.

Through the your healing journey, you can find out who you truly are, what your soul's purpose is, and how to live a life full of happiness, joy, and passion.
We all have an opportunity to become a part of the ripple effect.

I am blown away by Laura's support! She has helped me to understand my grief in massive ways and she has gone above and beyond to rekindle my hope. She is truly a caring person that whenever you finish speaking with her, you feel like a huge weight has been lifted off your shoulders. Laura has shown me the light out of the darkness where I feel at peace with my mother’s passing and know she is with me spiritually. Love you tons!!

-Theresa Thom
"Allowing Myself To Feel Into My Healing"
The first time I met Laura, I instantly felt warmth and kindness that she radiates. With every encounter, Laura was fully present and listened to my whole story with compassion. Laura has offered me incredible knowledge and she has taught me the importance of allowing myself to feel into my healing. She guided me through the expression of my feelings. Thank you for being a part of my spiritual journey.

-Anastasia Langiano
"Holding Me Accountable For Every Lesson You Assigned"

From teaching a non-believer meditation to holding me accountable for every lesson you assigned. Every book, movie, and mediatation you suggest will be keepers in my collection of healing tools. I'm blessed your door is always open.

Introducing:
The Connected Healing Club is your place for you to show up as you are.
A safe space for you to express your grief and be held in love.
It is a sisterhood of like-minded women who have experienced loss and are there to help lift you up.
It is a place where you can get motivated to be your best self. To explore the possibilities of your dream life. To become re-aligned to your soul’s purpose and ready to use your gifts to help heal others.
Every element of the Club is based on what I’ve learned through my healing journey.
Introducing:
The Connected Healing Club is your place for you to show up as you are.

It is a place where you can get motivated to be your best self. To explore the possibilities of your dream life. To become re-aligned to your soul’s purpose and ready to use your gifts to help heal others.
Every element of the Club is based on what I’ve learned through my healing journey.
Together we’ll explore:
1. Mindset
Your mind is your most powerful tool. When you have the right mindset, you can create anything you want in your lives.
But when you experience the loss of a loved one, your mind can get stuck in cycles of depression and despondency. And these patterns can be REALLY hard to get out of without help.
Don’t worry, I’ve got you. In the Connected Healing Club we will work with proven methods to improve your mindset and we will all be there, like a little family, holding each other accountable.
2. Healthy Eating Habits
You already know that exercising is super healthy and beneficial for moving through grief.
In The Club, we take a holistic approach to eating and we look at food as medicine - for the body and the soul.
To make things really easy, I’ll provide you with simple, quick to cook meal plans - INCLUDING shopping lists. So you won’t have to figure out what to eat to fuel your healing.
I’ll also offer a once-a-month, 3-day detox and all of the support that you need to stay on your healthy eating path.
Once it becomes easier for you to eat healthful, high vibe foods, it will also be easier for you to live in alignment and connect deeply to your spirit.
3. Movement As Medicine
You already know that exercising is super healthy and beneficial for moving through healing journey.
But you also probably already know how hard it can feel to get the body moving after the loss of a loved one. Our emotions are stored in our body and when we move, we sometimes have to feel things we’d rather not.
I mean, how many times have you heard a yoga teacher say “We’re getting into the hips today, so don’t be surprised if you feel a lot of emotions coming up.”
In The Club, we aren’t going to force you to run a marathon or train for the Olympics, but we will set simple movement goals each month to make it easier to make sure that you are taking care of yourself.
You’ll get a chance (and an excuse!) to try different kinds of exercising so that you can get a feel for what you actually enjoy - and you’ll have a whole community of women on the same wavelength as you to talk it out with and keep you motivated.
Truly the Connected Healing Club is your space where you belong, where you can just be yourself. Where you can learn and grow through your grief, through all of the pain that you’ve experienced so that you can once again get to know yourself as a beautiful, whole person.

As Soon As You Join, You’ll Get...

Access to our private Connected Healing Facebook Group.

This is where you will connect with your sisters on a daily basis. Reach out for support when you need it and give support when you can. I post videos, affirmations, and inspiration regularly. And I’m on there every day, answering questions and offering my love.

Two monthly LIVE group coaching calls with me, via Zoom.

These calls are the perfect place for you to ask your questions and get your answers, live. They are also a chance for us all to get to know each other better and become the cozy family that I know we are meant to be.

One Facebook Live per month with a guest healer.

Each month, I’ll bring in a different speaker so that we can explore different healing modalities together. This will be a live, Question and Answer style interview. If you can’t make the Facebook Live, no problem: just leave your questions on the group Facebook page and I will make sure that your questions get answered.

Monthly Led Meditations.

Each month I will record a new 10-15 minute meditation to help you evolve your mindset and find deeper focus. Meditation has been proven over and over again to help people reduce stress, find inner peace, control anxiety, and enhance self-awareness. Practicing the same meditation for a 30 day period is the best way to deepen and anchor your practice. And practicing in community is the best way to keep it up!

Monthly Mantra

Your monthly mantra is a short affirmation that you can lean on when your mind gets busy. You can repeat it to yourself whenever you need to ground and find calm. These mantras will be an invaluable tool for you when you are feeling triggered by your grief. Not to stop the feelings but to help you remember that you are a whole and perfect being, deserving of all of the good things that this universe has to offer!

Book Club!

We’ll choose a different book to read and study together, every two months. There’ll be weekly study questions and chances to chat about what you’re learning with your fellow sisters in the Facebook Group. These books will all be about healing, growing and thriving. Giving you the intellectual juice that you need to keep going on your spiritual journey.

Monthly Movement Goals

We’ll explore different ways of moving the body, together. It’ll be as simple as going for a 20-minute walk, three times a week. Trying out a yoga class. Going to spin or riding your bike. I won’t be asking you to do anything crazy, but I will be giving you an opportunity to notice how much better you feel when you move your body.

Monthly 3-Day Detox

Don’t worry, these are gentle detoxes. They’re designed to help you clear out toxins and left-over emotions so that you can experience more freedom in your body and clarity in your mind. We’ll practice these detoxes together, so you’ll have support and accountability buddies, the whole way through.

"Safe Space Where You Can Bring Your Biggest Fears And Feel Supported"
“Resistance has been the hardest struggle and having Laura by my side has been tremendously helpful in overcoming it. Having Laura there for me has been an incrdible experince because it’s helped me get through some of the really dark moments where it felt, lonely, scary, and uncomfortable. Laura holds a safe space where you can bring your biggest fears and feel supported in it. The healing work we have done so far together has been extremely powerful and allowed me to really open up and be my true authentic self.

-Linda Bui
"The Most Important Part Of A Personal Journey Is Your Spiritual Life"
"The tools I obtained working with Laura I will be able to use for a lifetime. They have helped me be methodical in how I respond to negative situations. Now I'm able to quickly look at situations in a positive light when I slow down and quiet my mind, and think about the worst case scenario to the best scenario. I feel like I have a life that is freer and has meaning and direction. The most important part of a personal journey is your spiritual life, which each day is given to us."

-Tanya Vaughn
"Safe Loving Community Of Women Who
Bravely Share Their Struggles"
"I felt lost and isolated in my grieving. During the first contact call I had with Laura and throughout my healing process, she was completely compassionate and understanding. I could tell she really got it regarding all the ways my grief was affecting me.

I learned how it is possible to have a different relationship with my loved one who is no longer physically with me. It was amazing discovering all the ways I could still feel connected with my mom on a day to day basis. And I still do.

Laura’s coaching guidance allowed me to find meaning in my life again, going one day at a time.

Along with Laura’s coaching, I had access to a safe loving community of women who bravely share their struggles, while sincerely supporting one another.
